Proposal | Taryn & Tucker | San Diego, CA
I've photographed a lot of events over the last few years, but this proposal is by far one of my favorites. I know, I know, I may be a little biased considering this sweet couple consists of my sister and future brother in law! Tucker contacted me about a month ago to help plan out his proposal to my baby sis. The two of them were going to be visiting San Diego from Indiana for just one weekend, so our time slot was small. On the day of the proposal San Diego was grey & dreary, if you live here, you know thats a rarity. But we ventured out to see some sights anyways. I told Taryn I wanted to take some photos to add to my portfolio, so I asked if the two of them would be my models for the day. She bought it! We went first to Presidio Park in Old Town, then to Cabrillo in Point Loma. I kept posing them for photos, knowing that at any moment Tucker could propose. He finally popped the questions on some cliffs overlooking the tide pools in Cabrillo, and it was perfect. I've never seen my sis cry so much, tears of joy of course!
